Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using RELM Golf, you agree to these terms. If you are agreeing on behalf of a club, league, or organization, you confirm you have the authority to bind that organization. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Accounts and Eligibility

You are responsible for the accuracy of your account information and for all activity that occurs under your login. Keep your credentials confidential and tell us promptly if you believe an account has been compromised. Administrators are responsible for the member accounts they create.

You must be at least 14 years old to use RELM Golf. The service is not intended for children 13 and under, and leagues and clubs may not add them as members or players.

Subscriptions and Billing

Paid plans are billed in advance through Stripe on the interval you select. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. Cancelling stops future charges; it does not refund the period already paid. Prices may change with notice before your next renewal.

Acceptable Use

Do not use RELM Golf to break the law, infringe someone else's rights, upload harmful code, or attempt to reach data belonging to another organization. We may suspend accounts that put the service or its other customers at risk.

Termination

You may close your account at any time. We may suspend or end access for a material breach of these terms or for non-payment. When an account closes, we handle the associated data as described in our Privacy Policy.
