About
Software for the people who run golf leagues — and the golfers who play in them.
Our mission
RELM Golf handles league organizers’ busywork, so they can spend less time running the league and more time playing in it — keeping the league fun, fair and full, season after season.
RELM Golf is built for golf league organizers — club pros, tournament committees, and volunteer commissioners who run seasons of events for their members.
It handles the operational work behind a season: registration, pairings, digital scorecards, live leaderboards, Handicap Index® values synced from GHIN®, and payouts — including multi-stage qualifying series and season-long match-play brackets.
Players get their own portal. They sign up from a link in their email, keep score from the course, follow a season-long points race, and track their own handicap trend and scoring stats. Spectators get a live leaderboard for the clubhouse TV and a public page for the whole event — neither needs a login.
Who built this
I've spent more than twenty years as a software enthusiast and database administrator — building and looking after the systems businesses run on. Most of that time has gone into one idea: automate the repetitive work, standardize what's left, and give people back their afternoons.
When I'm not doing that, you'll usually find me on the golf course.
After more than twenty years automating business processes as a software developer and later as a database administrator, it was hard not to notice the same inefficiencies in the golf leagues I played in. Week after week, I watched league administrators spend hours on tasks that could be automated. Even the software some leagues relied on left room for improvement. RELM Golf is my take on how league management should work—less manual effort, more time to enjoy the game.
