Privacy Policy

Information We Collect

We collect account information (name, email, and login credentials), member data you or your organization provide (rosters, handicaps, scores, and related tournament records), and payment information processed by our payment provider, Stripe, when you purchase a subscription.

How We Use Your Information

We use this information to operate the RELM Golf platform, process payments, provide customer support, and communicate important account and service updates. We do not sell your personal information.

Cookies

We use cookies to keep you signed in, remember your language preference, and understand how the site is used. You can control cookies through your browser settings, though disabling them may affect site functionality.

Third-Party Services

We rely on trusted third parties to operate RELM Golf, including Stripe for payment processing and Google reCAPTCHA for spam and abuse prevention. These providers process data under their own privacy policies.

Data Retention and Account Deletion

We retain account and member data for as long as your organization's account is active, or as needed to comply with legal and accounting obligations. You can delete your RELM Golf login at any time: in the app, tap your picture at the top and choose Delete account; on the website, open My Profile, then My account, then Delete account. Deleting removes your sign-in (your email address, name and password) and signs you out on every device. The leagues you played in keep your member record, with its scores, results and standings, as part of the league's history; ask your league administrator about them. If you can't sign in, email general@relmgolf.com and we will delete your login for you.

Children's Privacy

RELM Golf is not intended for children 13 and under, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. Leagues and clubs must not add members who are 13 or younger. If we learn that we hold personal information about a child 13 or under, we will delete it. If you believe a child's information has been added, contact us at general@relmgolf.com.
